أنا الموقع أدناه……………………………………………قد وكلت عني وأقمت مقام نفسي وعوضا عن ذاتي وشخصي ………………………………………وذلك لينوب عني بالإشراف والمناظرة والإدارة، والتصرف الكامل بكافة أموالی المنقولة وغير المنقولة الكائنة في ………………….. سواء كانت هذه الأموال تخصني أو اتصلت بي بطريق الإرث الشرعي عن أي كان وبالإجارة والرهن وفك الرهن والبيع لمن يشاء بالثمن والبدل الذي يراه مناسبة وفي شراء – وتسجيل الأراضي والعقارات والشقق السكنية والمباني والأسهم في الشركات وسندات التنمية وأية أموال أخرى وتسجيلها باسمي، وفي بيعها والتنازل عنها لمن يشاء وفي إقامة الأبنية والمنشآت والحصول على تراخيص الأبنية والمخططات وأذونات الأشغال وكافة التصاريح اللازمة، وفي تأسيس الشركات والمؤسسات والمحلات التجارية وغيرها باسمي منفردا أو بالاشتراك مع الغير وفي إدخال الشركاء وتعيين الحصص واستلام أية تعويضات وبدلات استملاك وأية مكافآت ورواتب تقاعدية ورديات وأية مستحقات أخرى من أي جهة كانت، وفي كل ما يتعلق بأمور التخارج وفي القبض والصرف والتوقيع نيابة عني على كافة الأوراق والمعاملات المتعلقة بذلك لدى كافة الدوائر والجهات المختصة بما فيها دوائر السير والعدل والجمارك وشركات التأمين وضريبة الدخل ووزارة الصناعة والتجارة، وكافة فروعها وأمانة العاصمة والبلديات وشركات الكهرباء ومصالح المياه والمجاري والهاتف ومؤسسة الضمان الاجتماعي ودائرة الأراضي والمساحة والتسجيل، وعمومة كافة الوزارات والدوائر الرسمية وشبه الرسمية وفي إقامة القضايا الجزائية والحقوقية لدى المحاكم أعلى اختلاف أنواعها ووظائفها ودرجاتها صلحا وبداية واعتراضأ واستئناف وتمييزة واعادة وتصحيحا، وفي تقديم اللوائح والاستدعاءات وتوجيه الإنذارات العدلية والعادية والرد عليها وما يلزم من الأوراق والمستندات وفي التبليغ والتبلغ وإقامة البينة وإظهار العجز عنها وفي الدخول بصفة شخص ثالث وفي انتخاب الخبراء والمحكمين والمصلحين وعزلهم و/أو التصديق على قراراتهم وفي اعتراض الغير ونقل الدعوى ورد الأعضاء والاشتكاء عن الأحكام وفي مراجعة دوائر التنفيذ وطلب التنفيذ وقبول التسوية و أو رفضها وفي طلب الحبس وطلب إلقاء الحجز التحفظي والتنفيذي وتثبيته أو فکه بالصلح والإبراء والإقرار غير المضر وفي قبض ما ينتج عن الأحكام وفي الاقتراض باسمي من البنوك والمؤسسات المالية ورهن أموالي المنقولة وغير المنقولة تأمينا للقروض وفي فتح الحسابات لدى البنوك وغيرها والسحب منها والإبداع فيها باسمي، وفي صرف الشيكات واستلام الودائع وأرباح الأسهم من الشركات، ولكل ما يجوز التوكيل به شرعا وقانونا كر أو لم يذكر ولو كان ذكره مشروطة وواجبا۔
وكالة عامة مفوضة لرأيه وقوله وفعله، له بموجبها توكيل من يشاء من الأشخاص والمحامين بكل ما وكل به أو ببعضه وعزلهم المرة تلو المرة . و ذلك فقط في الجمهورية العربية السورية، و لا يشمل اي دولة او اقليم اخر.
General Power of Attorney
I, the undersigned,…………………………… …………………………………….…, have authorized and installed. ———— ………………………………..to act on my behalf in supervising, superintending and managing my entire movable and immovable properties in ……………………………………., whether these properties belonged to me, or had become mine through lawful inheritance, he is also authorized to act on my behalf in leasing, mortgaging, dismortgaging, selling to people of his choice at the price he would consider appropriate, buying and registering lands, real estates, residential apartments, buildings, companies’ stocks and development stocks as well as any other property, and registering them in my name, selling or waiving them to whomever he wants, establishing buildings and institutions, procuring buildings’ licenses, blueprints, public works licenses and other required licenses in addition to establishing companies, institutions and stores, solely or jointly with others, bringing in partners, specifying shares, receiving compensations, recompenses of possession taking (by the government), remunerations, pensionary wages, refunds and any amounts else due, from any party whoever. Also in all issues related to apportionment of inheritance shares, collecting and spending money. As well as signing on my behalf on all related papers and related motions at any department and concerned authority including traffic, judicial and customs departments, insurance companies, income tax department, Ministry of Industry and Trade and all its branches, Greater Amman Municipality, municipalities, electricity companies, water, sewerage and phone divisions, Social Security Corporation, Lands and Survey Department, Registration Department. In general, all ministries, official and semi-official departments. Also in bringing legal and penal suits before courts of all types, functions and degrees; including Magistrate Court, and First Instance Court, and appealing, objecting, cassating, remitting and mending of lawsuits, as well as submitting pleadings, requesting summons, forwarding regular and judicial notices, responding to them, using required papers and documents, notifying and being notified, introducing evidence, demonstrating want of evidence, entering in the capacity of a third party, electing experts, arbitrators, and reconcilers, dismissing them and/or approving their decisions, expressing objections against others, removing lawsuits, rejecting members and filing complaints against judgments
Also referring to departments of execution, requesting execution, approving/rejecting settlements and demanding imprisonment, applying precautionary or excutionary seizure, confirming the seizure or releasing the prisoner through reconciliation, acquittal and unprejudicial confirmation
Also collecting amounts resulting from judgments, borrowing on behalf of me from banks and financial institutions, mortgaging my movable and immovable properties as guarantees for loans, opening bank accounts, drawing and depositing in these accounts in my name, cashing cheques, receiving deposits, collecting stocks’ revenues from companies and all things in which he can be authorized legally whether mentioned here or not even if its mentioning was a must. This is a general power of attorney authorizing his statements, actions and judgments. By virtue of this power of attorney, he may authorize any person or attorney to act on his behalf on all or part of the matters mentioned in this attorney, he would be authorized for their dismissal as well, once and again. Excluded from provisions of this power of attorney is: this power of attorney is valid in the Syrian Arab Republic only not any other state or country .
